GET THE LOOK

This stunning room, featured in Architectural Digests' March 2012 issue, is from the home of Brooke Shields. This living room is a great example of combining antique and modern elements, with a feminine vibe. It features a Keith Haring painting, Louis XVI-sytle armchairs, a French Empire commode, a 1970's Lucite-base cocktail table, and is painted in Benjamin Moore's Chelsea Gray. The key elements of this room, which really make this room is the antique dresser, the modern white lamp with a lime green lamp shade, the Keith Haring painting, the orange decorative pillows, a modern acrylic coffee table, and Chelsea Gray walls as a cool backdrop. Below I have found some alternative items to help you achieve the same look in your home, for much less!

  1. The best part about this post is that you are finding cheaper ways to get the same look for others that view your blog. Very considerate, and a very smart idea. :) Thank you for sharing all that you post!
